Albert Shelby, III is an Atlanta, Georgia native and a graduate from Southern Polytechnic State University with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology. Albert began his career at the Georgia Department of Transportation in 1998. During his career, Albert has served in the Office of Urban Design as a Design Engineer and Design Group Manager; and in the Office of Program Delivery as a Senior Project Manager, an Assistant Office Head and the Office Head. He currently is the Director of Program Delivery.

Membership must be renewed prior to registration for this event.
