Russell is a graduate from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Civil Engineering. Russel is the former Public Works Director for Marietta. In 2003, he jumped into the consultant world in Chattanooga. He opened the Chattanooga office for Croy in early 2019.

University of Tennessee Eddie graduated from Auburn University and began his career in Knoxville, Tennessee in the consulting engineering field. Eddie joined the Croy’s Atlanta office in 2014 and was recently named Georgia’s Young Engineer of the Year.
