Edgardo was named Assistant Director for the Gwinnett County Department of Transportation last year, building on his previous role as a Deputy Director for the Department. Edgardo's journey with the Gwinnett Department of Transportation began in 2016 when he joined as the preconstruction Division Director, bringing over 16 years of private sector expertise in transportation consulting for entities such as the Georgia Department of Transportation, cities, and counties. His experience also includes working in the public sector for five years at the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority. Projects overseen by Edgardo include the Harbins Road at SR 316 interchange, McGinnis Ferry Road at I-85 interchange, Pleasant Hill Road widening, and roundabout projects located throughout the County. Edgardo is a registered professional engineer in the state of Georgia with a master’s degree in engineering management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a bachelor’s degree of science in civil engineering from Marquette University.

You may cancel your registration up to one week in advance without incurring penalty unless payment was made using PayPal, in which case a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted. Cancellations within 1 week and "no-shows" must pay in full.

Membership must be renewed prior to registration for this event.
