Tim Matthews has worked in a variety of engineering and project management roles for Georgia DOT over the past +20 years. He has managed hundreds of projects varying in size and scope with budgets ranging from $1 million to $4 billion in construction costs. Tim was most recently named Georgia DOT Assistant P3 Director and Pre-Let Administrator, responsible for the delivery and procurement of all alternative delivery projects ranging from private revenue P3 delivery models to design-build delivery. Previously, Tim was the State Express Lanes Administrator for the Office of Express Lanes (OEL).


You may cancel your registration up to one week in advance without incurring penalty unless payment was made using PayPal, in which case a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted. Cancellations within 1 week and "no-shows" must pay in full.

Membership must be renewed prior to registration for this event.
