Annie Gillespie, PE, is the Director of Engineering for the State Road and Tollway Authority and the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority. She oversees the Engineering and Delivery Division which is responsible for engineering and construction, project management, performance analysis, and SRTA’s Grant and Loan programs.
