    For the past 10+ years, Rob has been working at the City of Roswell in the Transportation Department.  His current  duties as Engineering Design Manager include delivery of the City’s Capital Improvement Program which includes  $80 Million from Fulton County TSPLOST, serving on the City’s development review team, and leading the Engineering  division.
    Chris Haggard is the Assistant Public Works Director for the City of Johns Creek (Under contract with Jacobs).  Chris  brings 21 years of transportation and infrastructure experience to deliver transportation and parks projects from planning through construction. Chris previously worked as a Transportation Engineer/Project Manager on infrastructure projects  ranging from sidewalks, intersection improvements, drainage improvements to corridor widening and bridge replacements.

    Brian O'Connor joined theCity of Johns Creek (Under contract with Jacobs) this year and is serving as the TPLOST  Manager. Brian brings 20 years of experience as a transportation engineer delivering a variety of projects including  streetscapes/sidewalks,roundabouts, bridge replacement, and corridor widenings. He previously served as President  of ASHE Georgia Section and is currently the National New Section Committee Co‐Chair.
